Video Game Protagonist

My concept for this video game was a third person shooter where the main character and his wife are researching an infection spreading across a foreign country. The disease is being spread by the Queen Mosquito and her minions in an attempt to wipe out the human population in the area. After the first encounter with the Queen Mosquito, the main characters wife is taken and the players goal is to get her back.
