Love Bites

This was apart of an assignment to design a themed calendar. I really love Harajuku fashion and how over accessorized the style was so I themed the calendar around that topic.

This was the original sketch to get an idea of the colors and composition. I wanted this to be the cover for February so I surround the theme around valentines day. After a week and some feedback I ended up with the image below.

This was the final illustration I turned in for this assignment but I refined it later on and added some camera raw adjustments to end up with the image below.
